This regulation is applicable to SH pumps and IS pumps. This type of pump is generally composed of three parts: motor, pump body and base. The motor and pump body are connected by a coupling, which is suitable for industrial and agricultural water supply and drainage. The conveying medium is clear water or similar. For other media such as water, the temperature of the medium should not exceed 80 °C.
1. Start of the pump: A. Check whether the pump rotates flexibly before running; B. Close the pump outlet valve; C. Check whether the water diversion is normal; D. Turn on the power supply, and gradually open the pump outlet valve when the motor reaches the rated speed. ※When the pump outlet valve is closed, the continuous working time of the pump shall not exceed 3 minutes.
Second, the operation of the pump: A. During the operation of the pump, often observe the reading of the pressure gauge, listen to whether the vibration and noise of the pump are abnormal, and observe whether the leakage of the packing exceeds the standard; B. The maximum temperature of the bearing does not exceed 80 ℃, and the bearing temperature is the same as the ambient temperature. The difference does not exceed 80°C. C. The filling quantity of bearing lubricating fluid should be 1/3-1/2 of the bearing body space. D. Pay attention to whether the parameters such as motor current and temperature are within the specified range.
3. Parking: Close the outlet valve and turn off the power switch.
4. Maintenance and maintenance: 1. Keep the surface of the equipment clean; 2. Regularly inspect the insulation performance of the motor; 3. When the ambient temperature is below 0 °C in winter, the water in the pump body should be released to avoid freezing; 4. Seals If the gap is too large and the water leakage is serious, it should be replaced in time; 5. In the case of long-term outage, the equipment should be thoroughly sanitized, the pump body should be disassembled, the water on all parts should be wiped clean, and the anti-rust oil should be applied for storage.
