The pump vibrates, affecting the normal operation
1. Phenomenon
After the pump is started, the unit and the outlet pipe vibrate seriously and the noise is loud.
2. Reason analysis
The anchor bolts of the water pump are loose or the foundation is not stable; the pump shaft and the motor shaft are not concentric; the impeller is unbalanced; the water outlet pipe is not fixed firmly with the bracket.
3. Preventive measures
(1) Tighten the anchor bolts or add shock absorbers.
(2) Adjust the axes of the pump and motor to make them concentric or replace the bearings.
(3) Replace the unbalanced impeller, add a bracket (support), and fix the outlet pipe; or add a rubber soft joint
