Structure:

DSJH pump is a single-stage double-suction centrifugal process pump supported at both ends. The pump casing is radially divided. It is especially suitable for transporting high temperature and high pressure and flammable, explosive or toxic liquids. The installation method is horizontal centerline support. The deformation and displacement caused by thermal expansion and contraction are reduced to the minimum limit. The pump body is designed as a double vortex chamber to balance the radial force of the pump.

The pump can exhaust itself by the flow of pressurized liquid, but there are umbilicals on the upper and lower parts of the volute of the pump body. When the user needs to exhaust and discharge liquid, ZG3/4 screw holes can be opened, and screw plugs are used on the work site. superior.

The suction and discharge flanges of the pump are vertically upward, and are cast into one body with the pump body. The flange size and pressure level are equivalent to the American Standards Institute (ANSI) standard level. Depending on the operating temperature and material type, the maximum operating pressure of the flange can reach about 5MPa (about 50kgf/cm2).

For reliability, DSJH type process pumps all use cast steel casings, and the hydrostatic pressure test is 7MPa (about 70kgf/cm2).

The shaft seal cavity (packing seal) and the pump cover are integrally cast, which can be filled with packing seals and balanced, bellows or tandem mechanical seals, and an optional water-cooled cavity jacket and water-cooled jacket are cast outside the cavity. The equipment must be specially requested or used when the conveying medium is water quality and the temperature exceeds 66 °C and the temperature of hydrocarbons exceeds 150 °C. When the conveying medium needs to be kept warm, low-pressure steam or other heat preservation medium can also be introduced into its jacket. Its hydrostatic pressure test is 1MPa (about 10kgf/cm2). The cooling water inlet joint ZG1/2" is below the pump cover, and the outlet joint ZG1/2" is above the pump cover. The steam inlet fitting ZG1/2" is above the cover and the outlet fitting ZG1/2" is below the pump cover.

The impeller is an integral casting and is dynamically balanced with the rotor. It is driven by a key with the shaft, and the rotor is supported at both ends. The casing sealing ring or the impeller sealing ring are replaceable standard parts, and the good matching of the two is guaranteed by the material and its different hardness. The seal rings at both ends of the impeller are intentionally designed to have different sizes, that is, the seal ring on one side of the thrust bearing is slightly smaller than the other side, causing the pump to cause a slight axial force, so that the shaft will always work in tension, avoiding the left and right sides of the rotor. string.

The two ends of the pump are bearing bodies of the same size, which are made of cast steel and cast iron. They are fastened to the bracket (tile frame) with screws, and are positioned with matching spigots. A set of radial bearings is installed on the coupling end. The other end is equipped with two sets of thrust ball bearings installed back-to-back. The bearings are lubricated by oil slinger rings, and the amount of oil is moderate. Each bearing is cast with radiating fins for air cooling (T≤120℃), and fan cooling (T≤120℃) is also available. =120-260℃) and water cooling (T≥260℃), of which fan cooling is especially suitable for areas with water shortage or poor water quality.

When the pump bearing is cooled by a fan, the fan will take the place of the dust disk, which is also unique to this type of pump. When the pump bearing is cooled by water, the water-cooled jacket is cast on the outside of the ball bearing.

The bearing body is also equipped with a transparent plastic circular oil gauge and oil cup to monitor and control the oil level. Both ends of the bearing body are equipped with copper dust-proof discs, which extend to the inner hole of the bearing gland, which can prevent dust or moisture. Enter, and can prevent oil leakage. When the bearing is broken, it can also play a supporting role.

For maintenance, it is easy to remove the impeller, bearing, shaft seal, etc. without disassembling the suction or discharge pipeline. DSJH type process pump adopts flexible diaphragm type extension coupling parts, and it cooperates with the pump shaft in a tapered type, so it is very convenient to disassemble and assemble.
