It can be widely used in the condenser of 50~1000MW thermal (nuclear) steam turbine generator set to pump condensed water, and can also be used in water supply and drainage projects with high suction performance, high efficiency, high lift and other requirements. Performance range

1. Introduction to the structure

This pump is a vertical barrel bag structure, which is composed of four parts.


(1) Water inlet part

The water inlet part consists of the pump cylinder (piece 1), which keeps the vacuum inside the cylinder, and the conveying medium passes through the Φ250 inlet flange of the cylinder, then turns to the bottom of the cylinder, enters the suction horn tube of the pump axially, and then enters the working part of the pump .


(2) Work part

1) The working part is composed of 1 first stage impeller of the suction horn tube inducer, 5 secondary impellers, 5 guide vanes, 1 last guide vane, 5 middle section, 1 water outlet...etc.

2) The suction horn tube, the middle section and the water outlet pipe are fastened together by bolts, so that the entire end faces of each piece are close together to achieve the purpose of sealing the liquid. At the same time, an O-ring is provided to assist in sealing.

3) The guide vane is fixed by the tightening and screwing of the suction horn tube, the middle section and the water outlet pipe.

4) 1 upper bearing suction section, 1 suction horn tube and 1 water outlet pipe made of engineering plastics in the working part are used for radial support, and there is a water ditch in the upper bearing, which uses the liquid in the pump for lubrication and cooling. Cooling, the axial force generated when the impeller is working is borne by the pump bearing.


(3) Water outlet part

The water outlet part is composed of the pump base, which corresponds to the motor shaft connected by the ferrule, the fixed key, the flat key and the screw, through which the liquid flows out from the working part and enters the water outlet part, and then flows out of the pump through the discharge pipe of the pump base.

There is a balance hole of Φ50 at the bottom of the pump base, which is connected to the pump cylinder, that is, the pump suction cavity, and the gas in the cavity is discharged to the condenser.


(4) the mechanical seal part

The mechanical seal part is composed of a mechanical seal body, a mechanical seal shaft sleeve, a gland, an upper guide bearing, etc. The mechanical seal body is set above the pump seat to reduce the leakage of liquid from the shaft and the pump seat, and the upper guide bearing can lift. To the role of auxiliary support and decompression.
