DG type sub-high pressure boiler feed water pump is used as high pressure boiler feed water pump or other high pressure feed water. The temperature of the conveying medium does not exceed 160℃ (medium pressure does not exceed 105℃). .

DG type sub-high pressure boiler feed pump is a single-shell segmented multi-stage centrifugal pump. The suction port and the discharge port are both vertically upward. The front section, the middle section and the rear section are connected by a threaded rod, and the static joint surface between each section is mainly sealed by the metal surface, and there is no O-ring as an auxiliary seal. Structure description

DG type sub-high pressure boiler feed pump is a single-shell segmented multi-stage centrifugal pump. The suction port and the discharge port are both vertically upward. Shaft seal

The shaft seal is sealed with soft packing, cooled with cooling water, and mechanical seal can also be used according to user needs.


Bearing balance

The rotor of DG type medium pressure pump is supported by rolling bearings at both ends of the pump shaft. It is lubricated by thin oil and cooled by circulating water, and the axial thrust of the rotor is automatically balanced by a balance disc. The equalized return water is returned to the suction section of the pump through the equalized return pipe.

The DG type sub-high pressure type pump rotor is supported by the sliding bearings at both ends of the pump shaft. It is lubricated by thin oil and cooled by circulating water, and the axial thrust of the rotor is balanced by a balance disc. A return pipe is installed between the balance chamber and the front section.

The rotor of DG type high pressure pump is supported by sliding bearings at both ends of the pump. The bearings are lubricated by force, the pump itself is equipped with an oil system, and the axial thrust of the rotor is balanced by a balance disc. And with thrust bearing, used to withstand the residual axial force due to changes in working conditions, a return pipe is installed between the balance chamber body and the suction pipe.


Transmission

DG type medium pressure and sub-high pressure boiler feed water pumps are driven by electric motors through elastic couplings. Viewed from the drive direction, the pump rotates clockwise.

DG type high-pressure boiler feed water pump is driven by electric motor through elastic coupling. It can also be equipped with tooth coupling, diaphragm coupling, hydraulic coupling according to user needs. The prime mover can be driven by small steam turbine or electric motor. Viewed from the drive direction, the pump rotates clockwise.
