Structure:
With the structure of axial horizontal suction, vertical discharge and rear door opening, the rotor parts can be disassembled for maintenance without disassembling the pipeline system. The pump outlet and its pipeline are located just above the middle of the pump foot, the pump body is evenly stressed, with low vibration and low noise. The pump body and pump cover constitute the working chamber of the pump, and the impeller, shaft and rolling bearing constitute the rotor components of the pump, and the rotor components are supported by the suspension. Auxiliary vanes are arranged on the rear cover plate of the impeller to balance the axial force and prevent impurities in the conveying medium from entering the shaft seal cavity, which can effectively prolong the service life of the seal.
The size of the shaft seal cavity of the pump adopts ISO3069-1974 (E), and can use soft packing seal, single-end mechanical seal or double-end mechanical seal according to user needs.
The pump adopts radial ball bearings, the oil is self-lubricating, and the suspension body is equipped with a transparent circular oil standard and oil cup to monitor and control the oil level. The outer side of the bearing is equipped with a dust-proof disc, which can not only prevent dust from entering, but also prevent oil leakage. When the bearing is broken, it can also play a supporting role.
The pump uses a flexible diaphragm type extension coupling, and can also use a claw type coupling or a pin coupling according to special requirements.
