Different types of cooling must be carried out according to the working conditions, and the pipeline layout of the cooling water should meet the requirements of the AP1610 specification, which is generally equipped on the pump. Only the inlet and outlet connections remain. The minimum nominal diameter of the cooling water pipeline should be 1/2". The impeller is integrally cast and dynamically balanced with the rotor. It is driven by a key with the shaft, and the rotor is supported at both ends.


The bearing body of this series of pumps has two structural types, one is radial ball bearing and radial thrust ball bearing. The other is radial sliding bearing and radial thrust ball bearing.

JSY type process pump is a radially split volute type two-stage double-suction end-supporting type

The casing is a radially split volute type, and its installation method is a horizontal center support, which is especially suitable for conveying high temperature, high pressure and flammable, explosive or toxic liquids; the suction flange and discharge flange of the pump are cast in the pump. The shaft seal cavity (the west of the packing) and the pump cover are cast as a whole, it can be filled with packing seals and balance type, bellows type, tandem mechanical seals. The water-cooling jacket selected, the water-cooling chamber must be equipped with special requirements or when the temperature of the conveying medium is water exceeding 66°C and the temperature of hydrocarbons exceeding 120°C.


Sealing oil pressure

Generally, it is 0.07~0.1MPa (about 0.7~1.0kgf/cm2) higher than the pressure of the sealed cavity. If the conveying medium is easy to vaporize, it should be higher than the vaporization pressure of 0.175~0.2MPa (about 1.75~2kgf/cm). The accessories such as coolers, filters, orifice plates, flow indicators, etc., are all delivered by the pump factory.
