Structure:
TDC high temperature and high pressure double-shell multi-stage centrifugal pump is a horizontal double-shell structure, and the inner pump body is a multi-stage segment type; the specific structure type is shown in the attached drawing:
Structural type description:
1. The suction port and discharge port of the pump are vertically upward, and the center line is supported horizontally;
2. The pump is mainly composed of pump outer casing, inner pump body, pump cover, shaft seal, axial balance device, bearing support parts, etc.;
3. Hot-loading is adopted between the impeller and the shaft:
4. The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal. The heat generated by friction is taken away by forced circulation. The circulating fluid is cooled and filtered by a special cooler. Baozheng circulating fluid is clean.
5. At low speed, the pump is directly driven by the prime mover through the diaphragm coupling. When the light is high, the speed is increased through the diaphragm coupling and through the gear increase box. Then it is directly driven by the prime mover through the membrane fine coupling.
