Structure:
1. The GSJH petrochemical process pump has a radially split structure of the pump casing, which is especially suitable for conveying high temperature and high pressure and flammable, explosive or toxic liquids. Deformation and displacement are reduced to a minimum. The pump body with a discharge port diameter of 4 inches and above is designed as a double vortex chamber to balance the radial force of the pump. The transition from the first-stage discharge to the second-stage suction on all pump bodies adopts the integral casting of the inner flow channel, and the two branches are symmetrically distributed.
2. The pump can exhaust itself by the flow of pressurized liquid, but the upper and lower parts of the volute of the pump body are left with umbilicals. When the user needs to exhaust and discharge liquid, they can open ZG3/4 screw holes and use API at the work site. Screw the plug on.
3. The suction and discharge flanges of the pump are vertically upward, and are cast into one body with the pump body. The flange size and pressure level are equivalent to the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) 300 psi standard level. Depending on the operating temperature and material type, the maximum operating pressure of the flange can reach about 5MPa (about 50kgf/cm2).
4. In order to be reliable, GSJH type process pumps all use cast steel shells, and the hydrostatic pressure test is 8.3MPa (about 84kgf/cm2).
5. The shaft seal cavity (packing seal) and the pump cover are cast in one piece. It can be equipped with a balance type, bellows or tandem type mechanical seal. The pump with a suction diameter equal to 3 inches can also be equipped with a packing seal. Outside the shaft seal cavity There is an optional water-cooling cavity jacket cast, and the water-cooling jacket must be equipped with special requirements or when the conveying medium is water and the temperature exceeds 66 °C and the temperature of hydrocarbons exceeds 150 °C. When the conveying medium needs to be kept warm, low-pressure steam or other heat preservation medium can also be introduced into its jacket. Its hydrostatic pressure test is 1MPa (about 10kgf/cm2). The cooling water inlet joint ZG1/2" is below the pump cover, and the outlet joint ZG1/2" is above the pump cover. The steam inlet fitting ZG1/2" is above the cover and the outlet fitting ZG1/2" is below the pump cover.
6. The impeller is an integral casting and is dynamically balanced with the rotor. It is driven by a key with the shaft, and the rotor is supported at both ends. The casing sealing ring or the impeller sealing ring are replaceable standard parts, and the good matching of the two is guaranteed by the material and its different hardness. Axial force balance is installed symmetrically by the suction ports of the two impellers.
7. Both ends of the pump are bearing bodies of the same size, which are made of cast steel and cast iron. They are fastened to the bracket (tile frame) with screws, and are positioned with matching spigots. A set of radial Bearings, two sets of back-to-back thrust ball bearings are installed at the other end. The bearings are lubricated by oil slinger rings, and the oil volume is moderate. No. 11 bearings are cast with heat sinks, which can be cooled by air (T<120°C), and fan cooling can also be selected. (T=120-260℃) Water cooling (T=260℃), of which fan cooling is especially suitable for areas with water shortage or poor water quality. This is what makes this type of process pump unique.
8. No. 09 bearing has no heat sink outside the body, nor can it be cooled by a fan. When the operating temperature (T>120°C) is used, it is cooled with water. When the pump bearing is cooled by a fan, the fan takes the place of the dust disk. When the pump bearing is water-cooled, the radial ball bearing is cast with a water-cooled jacket.
No. 9 and No. 11 bearings are equipped with copper dust-proof discs at both ends, which extend to the inner hole of the bearing gland, which can not only prevent dust or water powder from entering, but also prevent oil leakage. When the bearing is broken, it can also play a supporting role.
10. In order to overhaul the impeller, bearing and shaft seal without disassembling the suction or discharge pipeline, the pump adopts a flexible diaphragm type extension coupling, which is conical with the pump shaft, so it is very convenient to disassemble and assemble.
