Overview:
RA series pumps are single-stage, single-suction cantilever high-temperature, high-pressure centrifugal hot water circulating pumps. It is a new product developed by our company digesting and absorbing advanced technology. It conforms to the AP1610 standard and can withstand a maximum suction pressure of 10MPa. This series of products are mainly designed and manufactured to meet high suction pressure hot water pig ring pumps used in synthetic ammonia plants, catalytic cracking plants and waste heat power plants. It has the characteristics of high reliability, high efficiency, long service life and high degree of generalization. Widely used in hot water circulation, quench water, process condensate and carbon black scrubbers, etc.

RA-High temperature and high pressure hot water pump
Structure:
RA type centrifugal hot water pump is single-stage, single-suction cantilever type. The horizontal axis is sucked in and the vertical upward spit out, the structure type is shown in the figure. The casing is radially split, which is especially suitable for conveying high temperature, high pressure and flammable and explosive liquids, and its installation is supported by the horizontal centerline of the pump body.
The suction and discharge flanges of the pump are cast on the pump body, and the shaft seal cavity and the pump cover are cast as one. There is a water-cooling cavity jacket on the outside. The impeller is integrally cast, and there is no rear sealing ring and balance hole.
The bearing suspension body is reinforced, with cast iron and cast steel, and has a larger oil pool for bearing lubrication. At the same time, it is equipped with a set of radial ball bearings produced by Sweden SKF and a set (three sets) of back-to-back installation. The radial thrust ball bearing, of which two sets are connected in series to bear large axial thrust. A number of axial cooling fins are cast on the outside of the bearing suspension body to strengthen and dissipate heat. Bearings can be air-cooled, fan-cooled and water-cooled.
The shaft seal is the key to the pump. A specially designed balanced mechanical seal is selected, and its moving ring has an infusion wheel, which acts as a pump when it rotates, and draws out the liquid in the sealing chamber. After cooling, it returns to the sealing chamber for flushing. Liquid closed self-circulation.
Steering: From the transmission end to the pump, it rotates counterclockwise.
