Structure description of SH type single-stage double-suction horizontal centrifugal pump

The suction and discharge ports of the single-stage double-suction pump are below the axis of the pump, and are horizontally perpendicular to the axis. There is no need to disassemble the inlet and outlet water pipes and the motor when the double suction centrifugal pump is overhauled. From the perspective of the transmission direction, the centrifugal pump rotates in a clockwise direction (it can also be changed to a counterclockwise direction according to user needs).

The main parts are: pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, double suction sealing ring, shaft sleeve, etc.

The body and the pump cover constitute the working chamber of the impeller. On the inlet and outlet flanges, there are pipe screw holes for installing vacuum gauges and pressure gauges. The lower part of the water inlet and outlet flanges of the water pump is provided with pipe screw holes for water discharge.

The impeller that has been checked for static balance is fixed on the shaft with a bushing and bushing nuts on both sides, and its axial position can be adjusted by the bushing nut.

The pump shaft is supported by two single row radial ball bearings. The bearings are installed in the bearing body, installed at both ends of the pump body, and lubricated with butter.

The sealing ring is used to reduce the leakage of water in the water pump pressure chamber back to the suction chamber.

The centrifugal pump is directly driven by an electric motor through an elastic coupling, and can also be driven by an internal combustion engine if necessary.

The shaft seal is a soft packing seal (mechanical seal structure can be adopted according to user needs).
