The canned pump is a non-sealed pump. The rotor and stator of the motor are separated by a shielding sleeve. The pump and the driving motor are sealed in a pressure vessel filled with the pumping medium. For the forced lubricating pump, the lubricating device should be started before the pump is turned on, and the lubricating oil pressure should be within the range specified in the instruction manual. When the pump arrives at the installation site or the warehouse is enough, you generally need to store it for a period of time. During this period, you should pay attention to: 1. If the pump is not painted or installed, a suitable anti-rust agent should be applied to the surface and lubricated with oil. The bearings should be filled with the appropriate Arino, and the bearings lubricated with grease should be tightly filled with one kind of grease, do not use mixed grease. 2. Pump in clean liquid for a short time to clean the suction line, discharge line, pump casing and impeller. After flushing, the suction line, discharge line, pump casing and impeller should be drained of flushing fluid.
